Generac TTS/TAS200 Guide
Make sure breaker isn’t thrown and all fuses are good.
Make sure transformer is putting out 24-28VAC
Make sure pins 1/2 on 9 pin are receiving 24-28VAC
Make sure pins 1/2 on 4 pin are receiving 22VDC minimum
Generac TTS/TAS200 charger not working after new batteries?
Pull both connectors off and wait a couple minutes, and then replug connectors**
Generac TTS/TAS200 Communication/Write errors?
Inspect control board for damage and replace if necessary
Screen uses RS485 pins 1 and 6. Shield not connected.
New controllers may need to be programmed?
The screen is an HMIVU06CUNB1. It is an Eaton HMI (Human Machine Interface) with a program on it that lets the user change parameters on the controller.

How does ATS communicate with Generator?
ATS Communicates using RS485 with H100 and PowerZone.
ATS won’t transfer?
Make sure voltage on Emergency is at least 220-240v
Try and manually actuate the ATS using the provided tool or use insulated pliers and rotate down for emergency on left side of white box
