GENERAC CHERY 1.6L FORD CVH SOHC TIMING

  1. Back all rockers off of camshaft
  2. Rotate camshaft until arrow in center points to dot on head
  3. Rotate engine until line on top of crankshaft lines up with small line that sticks out, in between timing and fan belt
  4. With tensioner bolts somewhat threaded, barely slide the timing belt on there and verify engine is still in time
  5. Rotate engine manually a couple times before first start.
