SDC020 Guide
To start these gens there must be no alarms!
Overfill sensor is accessible from left side bottom panel and uses pins 567 and 0. Circuit is normally closed when no leak. Sensor looks just like spill sensor near nozzle but is made of abs plastic. If alarm is tripped, just rotate sensor. It plugs into the 3rd connector, starting from 1 at the top connector.
The overfill sensor is a modified version of a Madison M7700. They love to fail. It is 1/2 NPT
Easiest way to replace coolant heater is to put your knees next to the battery and reach over the generator, rather than remove the side panels. Guide for wiring is unavailable.
Removing the right side panel is easier on these gens with a ratcheting wrench.
