Stuck Throttle Actuator?
- The plastic teeth on the actuator are likely damaged or have failed.
Preventing a Stuck Actuator
- During preventive maintenance (PM), pop 1 clip off the actuator motor cover and spray silicone lubricant inside.
- Add a coolant hose provision to the throttle body pedestal.
- Modify the parameters in genlink to promote smoother throttle action
- Update controller to latest version
