How to open side doors?

  • Pull on tab and pry on outside of door at bottom with screwdriver

Fuel Pump won’t kick on?

  • Check Function of K4 Relay and continuity from pump to relay.

Engine Relays Location?

  • The top black module (Switch Status Group Box) has engines relays defined on page 33 of https://polarpower.com/file/Supra-Digital-Control-System-Volume_6-2.pdf

48-56V where it doesn’t belong?

  • Make sure 48 volt to 14 volt converter is good
  • DO NOT SPLICE HARNESS WITHOUT VERIFYING WIRE FUNCTION

Engine runs choppy?

  • Sometimes they run choppy unless they have a load on them.
